7.      The best thing to do is to not have a Facebook/MySpace/Twitter account.  I am a realist, however, and know that some of you just cannot live without it.  If you want to end your Facebook account in a dramatic way, go to www.seppukoo.com, and you can have it die with honor (and a funeral!)  You just might find that life in the post-Facebook world is not as bad as you think.
