8. Handle
as much discipline as you can by using your own classroom discipline plan
(which is discussed in another link on this website).If you are running to the administration with
an overabundance of classroom discipline issues, you identify yourself as a
“high maintenance” teacher.Important: This is not to advise you to let things get
out of hand because you are afraid to ask for help…this is to advise you to use
everything in your disciplinary arsenal before you involve the Assistant
Principal.
