We have eradicated corporal punishment from our nation’s schools,
prosecuted parents who spank their children and charged them with child abuse,
and published study after study tying spanking to emotional problems in
children. Isn’t it ironic that our
children put their hands on each other more now than at any other time in our
history? I have no “scientific” basis
