3.      Make your own copy of the video – When you make your own copy of the video, you can cut out parts that you feel are inappropriate without damaging the original.  VCR tapes are great for this…you simply hit the “record” button to put a blue screen over the objectionable sections of video.  This action also silences the audio portion of the production.
