3.      Malleability – You are new to the profession, and you have not formed negative opinions about issues relating to education.  You have not tried all of the educational fads and discovered that they do not increase student achievement.  You will not stubbornly resist any reforms or new policies that your administrators want to implement.  In essence, you are a ball of clay that can be formed into any shape that your administrator wants to make…an ashtray, a birdhouse, a candy dish.  Turn perception into reality by being as cooperative as you can with your administrators.
