4.      Present good lessons – Lesson planning is discussed in another section of this website.  When you present poorly organized lessons, show numerous videos, or give “Free Days”, the students notice that you are not bringing your best effort to the table.  They will respond by not bringing their best effort as well.  The end result is that your class will be known to all as a “blow off” class.  This is something that you do not want to happen!
