some cases, the bully does not stop harassing his/her victim, and a conference
with the Principal is warranted.The
Principal makes sure to call the parents of both the victim and the bully, and
let them know that the behavior will not be tolerated.The Principal gives the bully, victim, and
the parents a copy of the “Bullying Hierarchy” to take home, which outlines the
actions the school will take if the bullying continues.
