3.      Supervision – You are legally responsible for the students in your care.  If any of them are injured, assaulted, or otherwise abused while you are supposed to be supervising them, you could be held liable!  To cover yourself, make sure that you do not leave your room unattended for any reason.  If you are going to vomit or otherwise soil yourself, tell your next-door neighbor (or another adult) to watch your class while you take care of your restroom business.
