Take A Bath

I know guys, it’s a “girly” thing to do.  Does it work?  Oh, yeah!  I just soak, and read, watch T.V., listen to my iPod, talk on the telephone…maybe drink a beverage or two.  The warm water relaxes your muscles, leaving you less stressed.  I even “borrow” my wife’s scented soaps, candles, and hair products for a little bonus “aromatherapy” while I’m at it!
