Vigorous Exercise

I know what you are saying, because I used to say it.  “I don’t have the TIME to exercise!”  During my first year of teaching, I didn’t exercise, then ate more than usual because I was stressed…and SHAZAM!  I turned into a jiggly mess.  What’s more stressful than students asking “Are you gaining weight, Mr. Holden?”  Vigorous exercise reduces stress immediately, and also helps your body fight stress in the future.  But wait…there’s more!  Your exercise program helps you tone your muscles so that your metabolism increases, causing your body to burn more calories!
