Let’s face it…we are in the second decade of the 21^st Century.  It is about time to believe that every teacher should have his/her own website.  Unfortunately, many American teachers do not share in this belief.  There are several reasons why the United States has lagged behind other countries in the implementation of technology to enhance education:
